On March 30, 2013, a Facebook platform was created where retired members of the armed forces would interact as well as chat a course to ameliorate the sufferings of her members and their families by reaching out to relevant authorities.  Part of the issues to be addressed was the shortcomings of the military pensioners by the establishment. Since creation, the platform created has been able to provide authenticated information through a robust interaction and engagement with the military pension board and other government institution, having concurrent  administrative responsibilities for the veterans.

To further deepen the activities of REMENAF & expand her aims of support to the elderly, retirees & pensioners as well a giving assistance to the aged military veterans, the Foundation was incorporated.
